Shipping Policy

What are your available shipping options?

We currently offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), free on orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5 on all other orders. This estimate does not include processing time.

As a reminder, business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.


What is my expected delivery date?

Please note that we do not give estimated delivery dates at checkout. You will receive an estimated delivery date from the carrier when your order ships and your tracking updates. 


Do you ship internationally?

Due to increased shipping delays, we have temporarily suspended our international shipping options. We are working hard to find a carrier that can deliver within a reasonable time frame and offer our customers an easy and efficient shipping and tracking process.

Yes, we do! We now ship to the following countries: Mexico, Canada, Ireland, UK, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong SAR. You can choose between Standard and Express shipping, and you'll receive a shipping timeframe estimate at checkout! 


How long do international shipments take to arrive?

Please note standard international shipments do not have a delivery estimate and can take anywhere from 21-35 business days to arrive. These orders are not tracked like domestic orders, so you will only receive milestone tracking notifications, which means several days can go by before seeing an update. Rest assured, your package is on the way!


Do I have to pay Customs Duty (Import Fees) for international orders?

Yes, if applicable. Any import tariff fees will need to be covered by the customer when your package is ready for pickup or at delivery. These fees are not included in our prices or the shipping costs. 


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of our items, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box address for your order. 


I made a mistake on my order. How do I change it?

Because orders process the same day, we have a very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at support@lunablanket.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not processed to ship or has shipped. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed.

We offer the following shipping speeds. Please note that order processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be considered as the next business day. Our main shipping partner is UPS, but certain items can be shipped via USPS and other carriers.

Please note that business days are considered to be Monday-Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping estimates. 

Please note that these estimated times to do not reflect shipping times to Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders. For these orders, we’re only able to offer certain carrier shipments, which typically takes 12-18 business days to arrive. 


Wrong Address Disclaimer

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP (support@lunablanket.com), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.

Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming it. 

If an incorrect address has been provided and the order has already processed and shipped, we are not responsible for your shipment. There may be an additional processing fee to get a new order shipped to your correct address. 

Please note we do not currently ship to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our products.
